To start with that is a 1941 Internatioal I-4.Ive got one myself,a 45.If those are the back tires,both of mine have the 13-24 tires.As for a rim I couldnt tell you where to get one,but I hope this helps some.If you plan on restoreing it,Hope you dont need any sheetmetal patrs because they are hard to come by.
