Grease fittings on Super A

I was going to replace all the grease fittings on my Super A. Most have a hex nut made to the bottom -- no problem to get out. However, some of them, on the rear lift arm piviots on fenders and on the break shaft piviot on the torque tube have no nut. How do these come out? I didn't want to try and turn them until I knew if they had threads. Afraid they my press in. Thanks for any help, Daniel
