Stubborn H drum removal

I am sticking new bull cage seals in my 45H. On the brake side I got one really stuck brake drum. I have never had problems getting these off before. I reckon there must be a burr on the shaft. the drum was out about 3/16" which sounds like the previous owner tried to get it off also.

After destroying an import 3 jaw puller (using 2 jaws) and only bending the outer brake drum out, any techniques besides unloading $120 at Sears for a 2 jaw puller? I'm hesitant to heat since everything is greased up with 90W.
