My B-275 was sluggish to start on cold days. I installed a water block heater and it now fires up in 0 degree weather with no problem. (of course, here in the Northeast, 0 degree weather is definately not a problem these days). On warm days, without the block heater, the engine is still a little reluctant, but I attribute that to age (41). It usually fires after two or three tries.
