Winpower still makes PTO driven generators. You can find local dealers and production info on their home page at http://www.frontiernet.net/~winpower/html_winpower.html
I have been looking for an used PTO generator myself but they are scarce, perhaps due to the Y2K hysteria. I may just wait until January.
