Please confirm: positive ground in IH 300 Utility?

I've come across several old posts about positive grounds on old Farmalls, and suspect my battery is hooked up backwards. Please confirm whether this (positive ground) would apply my IH 300 Utility. I suspect this would explain why the ammemeter reads "C" when I turn on the lights?
Is there anything that might have been damaged by running backwards?
