The Throw out bearing probably came off of the Fork, or wedged onto it at the tips of the fork. The clutch will be fixable from underneath. It might have Throwout bearing issues, so adjustment might disguise a problem. If it had to be pushed, as you indicate all the way, the freeplay was probably about 1/2 pedal travel. It is about an inch measured at the platform to pedal rest stop, when the pedal is pushed down by hand pressure to the point it begins to get hard to push. Removing the Liftall pump, and looking into the area will show the problem. It could be a bent release fork, or a bad T/O bearing, or just out of adjustment and crooked at the fork tips. JimN
