Bolt Torque Specs

Does anyone have any general information on bolt torque? If there is such thing as a chart for different sizes, grades, lengths, etc, i would like to have a copy. This came up as I was replacing the eight bolts which hold the frame rails to the front cast section of my Super M. I don't know how much torque to put on a 5/8 x 2 1/2 grade 5 bolt. Any help will be appreciated.
