I don't know the Resistance value, but have you tried CASE-IH? If you are looking for the head light dimmer resistor you may find it in the parts manual.
The parts manual on my Farmall C (6 Volt) List the following: Head Light Dimmer:
IH P/N 47889D Vendor P/N 814545 Generator Field:
IH P/N 47891D Vendor P/N 1878070 (Delco) Good Luck,
