On the bottom of the clutch housing is a t-shaped cover approximately one foot long and 8 inches wide. This covers up the seasonal disk-connect of the PTO drive-train. It is possible that this coupler has broken. Before taking this t-shaped cover off drain the transmission oil and you will be able to observe the disk-connect mechanism. You can then go from there to decide where your problem is. You can email me with more details of your problem.
