Actually it may be a modified part, that was altered from the H pattern.. My MV has the same thing done to its upper bolster. The MV upper bolster is somewhat modified from the regular M design, but all alterations to this part are made by machining out part of the M upper bolster to accomodate the MV's upper bolster shaft and other parts used in the upper bolster.. I guess it would be best to say that Ih didn't think a totally different casting was needed, just a modification to make it work in another application..
