Delco VS Bosch

Our experence with delco is not the greatest, the main proablem is they overheat and fry, good thing they are cheap cause you end up buying quite a few in ten years. At the same time we have never replaced a bosch type, and they are a smaller diameter. Has any one seen a bosch setup for older tractors? One could hide the regulater, and not have to trim the hood to fit.
