My '45 A has both power take offs. They're 90 deg apart and both are engaged when you throw the lever. Has no hydraulics. Has "Power Lift" which runs off the exhaust pressure with a big cylinder for the lifting. See Dad's 1945 Farmall A by Bobby Duke Jr. That is an A in the picture.
