On August 20,21,and 22, 1999, the Western Dakota Antique Club will be holding the 31st annual Black Hills Steam and Gas Threshing Bee located 1/2 mile east of the Sturgis Airport, Sturgis, SD. This year, we are featuring IH. All three days, parade-1:30, sawmill, threshing, shinglemill, through out the day, Saturday and Sunday there will be an Antique Tractor pull at 2:30. Email me for more information on the tractor pull or other events.

His dad was a hard-working farmer and the children worked hard everyday to help ends meet. In the rural area he grew up in, the highlight of the week was Saturday when many people took a break from their work to go to town.
