Please do not touch that pulley if it is the same as the D-310, or D-358 engines as that is put on with a ring and split beveled washers that you have to put on a special way that is not real simple to explain. Best is to check, I believe three capscrews in the center that hold a heavy washer to the crankshaft, to see if they are tight and leave be.
