oversize pistons/rings for sleeveless C263

I am working on a 263 out of a 403 combine, hence no sleeves. The engine was stuck and there is some rust on the cylinder walls. Does any company make oversize pistons/rings for this application so that the cylinders can be bored out to clean them up? Any other options? Thanks for your advice. J.D.
