Dale, George has it in a nutshell. Magnafluxing is a simple process of magnitizing the head on a bench via electric current and sprinkling fine metal filings over it...and for whatever reason an electric field builds up on a crack and the filings become more prominent there making the crack visible to the human eye. It only takes a few minutes and you will know. Has your tractor been over heated recently?...a warped head can cause leakage as well as bad gaskets or cracks, unfortunately all can be caused by over heating.
