Richard, I concurr with the others that your carb is the source of gasoline in your crankcase. I had an Allis Chalmers C that would do that in the winter time in severe weather, the carb would ice up and it effected the fuel \air mixture putting too much fuel through. I made a canvass vest that fit over the sides of the tractor and that was enough warmth to eliminate the carb freezing problem. I would start with the carb...good luck from Mike in Exeter Ontario
