Before pulling the head, you may want to drain and flush the radiator, fill it up again and run it some more to see if the oil shows up again. It's possible someone may have put oil in the radiator by mistake. Around here we sometimes use empty antifreeze jugs for waste oil so it would be easy enough to pick one up and pour some of it in a radiator before realizing it's not antifreeze.
