Jeff, My M is the same way. New thermostat and temp gauge. I don't have any implements yet to provide her with a workout, but I have an old motorboat on our property that has a collapsed hull. I hook up a logging chain to the back of that boat and pull it in second with the M. The flat rear of the boat just bulldozes through the ground and even that only gets her to the low end of RUN. If I let her idle a bit, it's back down to cold. Just make sure you have a thermostat (my M came to me without one)and give her a good workout. -BTD
