Dont really know anything about that loader but if you are planning on doing alot of digging like that with one, I would use some sort of ripper to loosen the soil before going in with the loader. That way you won't tear the loader up. You will be digging loose soil then and not packed down soil. Get the idea? A backhoe would be the best choice for your job and use a loader to move what it digs out.
