Will, I was waiting for someone more knowledgable than I to answer your question and maybe they still will. I have a copy of an old service manual (I think you can get one from Rice Eq.in PA) for 10 20's and other old tractors. I can't find one thing about torques for head bolts etc in it. I wonder when if they used them in the old days. Probably just use the numbers for the size bolt being used. There is a lot of good info in it and if you are rebuiling one you should get a copy.
