i've had the same problem, and didn't know what to look for, but mine is stuck now. i've used p.b. blaster and still stuck. i'll put a jack on the crank since it's stuck in a crossways position, after i make sure the valves are all loose. from now on i'll make sure that the crank is straight up and down after the engine shuts down by cranking slowly until the impulse clicks, then stop. mine sits outside all the time, in the weather.
