I wouldn't be surprized if bushhog makes the cutters for International. Last year I wanted a rear blade for my tractor and a local equipment dealer told me that International blades were made by bushhog, but I don't know how long bushhog has been making stuff for International. Of course there are many models offered from super light duty grass mowing to super tough mowers, my suggestion is to buy (if you have the money) the best, that way it will last you many many years of service and won't tear up if you accidently hit rocks like the cheaper ones(which you will do sometime or another if there is a single rock on your place). I also prefer shear pins over a slip clutch simply because a slipclutch can fail if over tightened which I have seen happen a few times, but don't buy bolts that are too hardened, I use a grade 6 in mine (I have a 6ft massey ferguson), but of course it will depend on what you get for a mower. Your international is problably worth $3,000 in good shape and maybe more, there is not a call for the big wide ones around here ( too stony). good luck
