A 300 is a "second generation" H, in that it came next in line after the SH. PS was an option, I think, the one we had didn't have it, but did have all the other items that you listed. Fast Hitch was an option, ours didn't have it & we didn't order the standard drawbar because we had one off a parts H that we put on. If I remember right, we had to order the assembly that went under the belly to attach the swinging drawbar to, as the H's didn't match the drilling in the cast. It sold on Dad's farm sale back in '86 for about $1,000, with rags for tires on the back. It was a good tractor, but TA went out in a heartbeat if it got out of adjustment (probably caused by abuse). Ended up using it w/o TA for a lot of years, just too many $ to fix all the time. Good luck if you get it-got to keep that old iron away from scrap yards & factory boys out there buying them to keep them off the market! (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
