k-5 Zenith want more fuel

I need to get more fuel through it. I have a larger venturie in it and the fuel holes are drilled to max. I can not make it smoke or labor with the fuel screw turned to max. the top adjustment is at 1/2 turn it will labor slightly with almost shut. I pull with this some and the venturie really helped but I don,t think it gets enough. has the best results on humid days. bottom 2'' of manifold will turn white and wet with condensation. any ideas?
