I am a younger guy,(26)when it comes to old tractors. i didn't grow up on a farm, nor did my wife and family. i do enjoy country living and the time that everything seemed just a bit more simple and good. i got into this hobby because of john deere garden tractors my dad owns. i have owned and restored green a's and b's from styled to unstyled. i can also say that when i got into working on tractors i was curious about "them red tractors" so i bought a farmall h. i now have both farmalls and deeres, and i love them all just the same. to me the whole red vs. green war is something i sit back and smile about. it's just kinda silly i guess. all of these machines: red, green, orange, yellow, grey, mean the world to all of us and saying one is better than the other is saying that my dream or my special memory is better than yours......they aren't because everyone's dream is equally special like their tractor.
