Years ago when the tractors were much smaller
and the equipment also, alot of plowing was done
in my part of the country with H's and M's. The
plows were two bottom tumble bug plows that were
pulled around 12" deep in heavy soil, sometimes
plowing under established alfalfa. There is no
way a super C would pull that same plow in those
conditions, not enough traction. The SC was a good
little tractor, but as all of them, they have
their limitations. It's just not quite the tractor
the H is.
