Minn Kota used to restore tractor steering wheels. I'm doing a current restoration and wanted to have them do it for mine but kooks like they have been bought out by Johnson Motors so I'm not sure they still do it. Anyone that knows for sure would be helpful if they post new website info. There have been past threads about various restoration techniques using a variety of auto body materials. Might be worth exploring the archives.
