You made a good decision. Thats some beautiful property. My grand parents had a small dairy in NY state but they sold it when I was still to young to afford it. I miss it bad. My wife and I just bought 10 acres in East Wells, Vt. Beautiful farm country small house with no barn. When I get some extra cash Ill put up a small barn and bring up my 49 Super A when I finish restoring it. The farmer down the road plants corn on about 6 or 7 acres of my front lawn. Keeps the taxes down. You made the right decision.
