I'd say you came to your senses. Grandpa sold the farm and moved into town long before i was born, and none of the kids bought it. Now im starting from scratch. Always envied those guys who had a family place to keep up, and was truly puzzled when they would part it off or sell outright. I know economics plays a part, but still.....
