I have never worked on a letter series (all of my tractors are much older) , but you might try putting the sleeve in the freezer overnight and heating up the part it goes into right before you put the bushing in. It might just slip in with hand pressure. I do know it works great for lower ball joints on cars and I didn't have to buy the $150 ball joint press!
