I opened it up tonight and there didn't appear to be anything too wrong with it. It looks pretty rusty though. I think it should work after having a tune up. One problem, I couldn't get the front plate (the one on the pulley end) off the shaft the armature?(maze of copper wire wound round the shaft in a pattern) is on. Do I just need to hit it hard enough or is there something that needs to be undone? Thanks in advance. SAm in NS
