I purchased a 364 diesel about 10 years ago and I would hate to be without it. I used it several years to mow a ten acre yard and it is a very economical tractor. It has alot of power for such a small package. I gave 4500 for mine and I wouldn't sell it for that now. The biggest problem is trying to find parts for it I would suggest that if you do purchase this machine to order a parts manual also. The 4000 dosen't sound bad depending on the condition of it.
