I'm a "construction claims consultant", preparing schedule analyses, financial analyses, and stuff like that. In other words, when a construction company sues soemeone, I do the analytical work to determine damages. Spent 14 years as a brick mason before going to college, then 8-1/2 years with Kiewit Construction, then to consulting. We've got 40 acres and are just finishing up the log house. I did about 75% of the work myself, and am I sorry now! We run a huge herd of six mama cows. They keep the taxes agricultural. And I like to watch them graze. Anyone need to buy a yearling for the freezer? I run a '43 M with a Farmhand F11B loader. Looking for a 400 for after we finish the house.
