Don't know as I ever drove anything other than a Farmall. Grandpa must've had his doubts about me figuring out the shift pattern on the Oliver that served as his heavy tractor. It's purely sentiment, but I'd say his BN was a great little tractor. That's what I learned to drive on. I was just able to buy it back, and it'll be a labor of love getting her back in shape. Sentiment aside, I'd be a little torn between an H and a SuperC among the Farmalls. Grandpa's H was a hard workin' tractor, but running my own SuperC, I can see how it was a handier tractor to have--stronger than the A/B/BN but easier to handle and maneuver than the H. Trying to be objective, I'd vote for the C/SuperC as the handiest tractor. Favorite, though? Gotta be my BN.
