I have had one of these models for years. Dad had one back in the 70-80's. The weak points, as mentioned is the shifting linkage in the transmission, the power steering lines at the bolster, and the torque amplifier. They are a good strong tractor but you'll also find opposing opinions. That tractor weighs about 10000 lbs if the rear tires are loaded, and is meant for field use, not your garden. They are roughly 72 hp for the gas model, diesel has a better engine. As with any other machine, you must have patience to operate it, and you have to provide routine preventative maintenance. I have a front end loader on mine and a 7' heavy duty bush hog. I bought the attachments new and gave $4500 for the tractor with cab, heat no air, and 3700 hours on it. In KY that is a good price but I could buy the same tractor in MI, IN, IL for about 1000 less, merely because there is an abundance of tractors there, and good flat farm land, unlike the hills of KY.
