I'd figure out how much shorter you need to be in the PTO drive shaft to the cutter & cut off what you don't need. You'll have to take some from both the inside & outside of the slide on the PTO drive shaft. What you need to take off should be the total length of whatever you've added. You will need to take 1/2 of that length from each the inside & outside of the slide. I've done this w/JD bar mower to make it fit to an H's PTO length & it worked OK. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
