Mark, The value will depend on location more than anything else. The closer you get to a large city, the more the tractor will bring. Where I am near Waco, Tx. that would probably be a $800-$1,000 tractor. The problems you mentioned won't be hard or expensive to fix (except, possibly, the radiator). Most likely the lights are still 6V and the tractor has a 12V battery in it since you said it has an alternator instead of a generator. However, if the tractor is a '41 or '46 model, it should be a plain A and not a Super A. The Super A's did not appear until '47. Does it have a Lift-all hydraulic unit on it? If it does, add $200-$500 to the value. That would also most likely make it a Super A. Check the serial number tag (under the seat on the bracket closest to the gearshift) and check the serial number in the Research & Info section of this site to determine exactly what year the tractor is.
