fair price for 15 tractors

I came across a field full of farmall's the other day after counting a total of 15, 4 m's,2 c's,1 h,2 cubs,a 400D,a w-9,w-4,sw-6ta,and 2 f-14's.
Naturally I stopped come to find out the lady whose husband has been dead for 8 years tells me to make her an offer! I have no idea what to offer her without making it fair all the tractors are in not running condition and pretty rough what do you guys think is a fair price.
