3ph for w4

Just wondering if someone can give me some links to where I can get info about putting a 3ph on my w4. Being in canada I never new this was possible till recently. We don't get the info so readily up here. I am a big IH guy. My w4 doesn't have a hydraulic pump so I would be starting from scatch. Thanks in advance
