Matthew you said Quite a few farmers are getting subsidies? My that sounds like a lot! But only 33% of all Farmers where ELEGIBLE for subsidies. The bottom 80% of those BMW, Town Car driving farmer averaged only $1,089 dollars. The top "farmers" as you call them that received millions aren't Farmers! They where Co-ops and Wherehouses. The largest being Rice Land Farms, $49,000,000 Funny thing is they went from 0 dollars in 1997 to 6 million in 98, 30 million in 99, &14 million in 2000. I wonder if they knew a Clinton. Number 4 in the Nation was Tyler Farms. Where have we heard that name before. 23.8 million. Number 5 Producers Rice 20 million. Where do these "farmers" farm? Matthew you Know, don't you, please tell us?
