Kurt: You sure have struck a cord of discord it appears? I'm sure we all have an opinion, but having lived more than three quarters a century I've observed our dependence on China for everything from shoe laces to elements of our military's uniforms bodes no good. Even our dining tables are now set with fruits and vegetables from Mexico and Chile, AND China! Considerable meat products come from Poland and Denmark, and fish from East Asia. Our corn flake breakfasts might be the closest thing to American grown food products, which we consume? I'm very concerned for my grandchildren. It looks very much like their future table menus will require digestive systems able to manipulate recycled plastic and discarded computer CPU's. "TU"
