Scotty, the tractor has been converted to GM Alt./12 volt system and cranking power is not a problem at all. She turns over strong but is just real sensitive when cold. She floods VERY easy. What does that external adjustment on the carb do? It is simply something sticking out of the back of the carb you can turn by hand. Will turning this in (clockwise) cause for a leaner idle mixture and help me cold starting situation? Thanks.
