Nope, I was talking years. I had to re read my post though. Should have put 1923-1928. Phillip has a good point about the gummy crud, but I guess you cleaned all that off. The pins are a good place to start and also make sure the grease you used isn't too thick or too much of it.The plates can get hooked up on the wear ridge on the pins if they are worn bad.You should be able to get them welded up and turned back down at a machine shop.
