All combines 303/403/503 had sleeveless engines gas or diesel, IH called them "Enbloc" as I remember, sizes were 221/263/282/301 gas, 301 diesel glow plug start. They pretty well matched what was made for tractors at that time except for front cover had extra mount for hyd pump. Few other details such as inj pump were different.
