J.D.,nice picture of your Dad's 656. I just remembered the IH dealer sold (3) new 1965 656's in our neighborhood and not two like I said on Red Power.A neighbor 2 miles south bought a new 1965 656 NF gas just like your Dad's.He still has it but lives 12 miles away now and is retired.Another neighbor 1 mile away got a new 1965 WF 656 gas and used it for years until he got a 4030 JD.Another neighbor 1.5 miles away got a new 1965 656 WF diesel which he still has.It has never had rear fenders on it.All these tractors pulled 4x16 mounted plows and 12-14 ft disks and did a nice job with them.The 656 was a good seller in our area and held up good.
