Although 10 years younger, I have a Super M with a lever on the floor. It is original, and my Dad said that our 45 M had the floor switch too, but was replaced with a key start in the 70's. Oh well. i plan on keeping mine original, which is most likly the only tractor that way. I am yet to see two Super M's even similiar in appearance. Some had batt box under seat, some had batt under gas tank, some didn't have batts, some have belly hydraulics, some have front pulley hydralics, there are so many possiblities the location of your starter is up to you and is STILL CORRECT. Enjoy the laugh.
