I picked up a similar Athens plow last year. It has a 4-disk gang on a common shaft. It was described to me as a disk tiller. The disk plows have individual brackets and shafts. The disk tillers weren't designed to run as deep in the soil. Yes, your C will pull it - but only down to a depth equivalent to the power output and traction of your tractor. The soil type you have is a large factor too. I live on deep sand so there's no point in going over 5" 'cause there's no organic matter to bring up. However, when I get my H running, I'm sure going to find out how deep it'll pull that plow.
