If it is repeatedly fouling a plug, you might try an anti-fouler, which is a thing that screws into the plug hole and then the plug into it. It will not solve your not firing problem, but will keep the plug from fouling. I have one on my Super C, it just helps it to run a little better, though it really needs an overhaul as I have oil coming out of one of the cylinders it is wore so bad. Just puts the overhaul a little farther down the road, till when I have the money. Hopefully this summer I can get it done.
